Anoushka Shankar
Anoushka Shakar, an American and British sitarist. She received the British House of Commons' Shield in the year of her youngest and also the first female recipient. Apart from receiving nine Grammy nominations, she was also the first musician of Indian origin to be a presenter and performer at the award ceremony. Anoushka Shankar is among the rising stars of India's sitar. She is a student and daughter of the legendary Ravi Shankar. She spent her childhood bouncing between London and New Delhi.
